Does something like this exist for N55?

Cheap mod that prevents oil starvation on track, there where not many blown engines because of this, but google says that there are some cases of oil starvation on N55.

And how about this engine (+ ZF8) reliability in its stock form for tracking with additional oil cooler and charge pipe?

Awhile ago I saw alloy oil pans for out there and I am waiting for someone to make it for the 8HP50.. some of them solve the oil fluid surge problem during acceleration as well as cooling the tranny oil a bit better.
If its still a problem then a transmission oil cooler may be a good idea for tracking to keep the oil temps down..

Yup, those alloy are made for N54, N55 have plastic one. I think design is revised because N54 problems, but there was still some oil starvation cases with N55.
