What I have:

What CP has:

For vehicles with

S7MAA=Yes
01 Shock absorber for EDC, rear left 1 06/2015 33528008629

any updates on this? I have ZCP and thinking of going with Eibach as it offers lowered car with very moderate difference in characteristics.

Cary, any update on the swift setup?

Yup, thanks Markus. They are going to schedule time with me to come in over the next week or two so they can measure the ZCP setup. Will share what I find out.

I realize now there are quite a few people who are waiting to purchase these springs but would like confirmation on the rates, etc. I think I will have to remind them of that fact hahah

Well folks, here's the moment you've all been waiting for...drum roll please!

M3 (Civic)
Front - 177 lbs/in
Rear – 591 lbs/in

M3 (Comp. Pkg)
Front – 198 lbs/in
Rear – 685 lbs/in

Eibach Pro Kit
Front – 183 lbs/in
Rear – 628 lbs/in

I'll let the pictures do the talking and you guys can compare. The Eibachs drop the from about 0.8" and the rears 0.5". This batch was revised to lower the rear a little bit more due to complaints that the rear wasn't low enough.

I asked and they said they made the business decision not to develope a ZCP specific kit. I advised them that the take rate on ZCP is like ~70% but they said that was their decision. I was planning on meeting up with the Sakhir ZCP to do some back to back test drives to compare. But based on numbers alone I'd prefer to keep my car stock since I value the engineering and tuning BMW has put into the ZCP package.

For what it's worth, Eibach measured both of the cars professionally and noted that the ZCP springs sit 5mm lower in the front vs the non-ZCP setup. Unless Eibach wants to delvelope a stiffer ZCP specific spring I think I will not lower my car this round and keep it stock. The wheel gap to me isn't that bad and the upside is I haven't scraped a thing haha

I was thinking the exact same thing. I spent some time this morning looking at all of the different springs out there to find the one with the closest spring rate. It looks like the Emmanuelle Design springs are closest at 194lb./in. so that may be a good option. If I was to get those I would probably still only install the front springs because I'm perfectly happy with the way the rear sits.

It might be a good idea to post a new thread titled "ZCP spring rates revealed" or something like that. I didn't want to do it myself since you actually took the time to get them measured and stuff but I think it would reach more people.

Spoke to Dave about the option for them to develop and produce a front only ZCP spring kit and he said they are open to that if there is interest. Please see my poll and vote to get a show of interest.

I'm a fan of eibach, they don't seem to go too it with stiffness

Can I assume putting eibachs on my zcp will actually soften the compression?

My ZCP is Lowered on H&R Super Sports. And I have no issues what so ever.. kept the Stock ride and comfortability but gave it a stiffer Ride around corners.

Bump on this ^^^

I am asking because I found a used set of (supposedly) comp pack springs and would like to know if there is any way to verify if they are indeed from a comp pack M3?

Would cs or zcp EDC coding work best with eibach v2?
