What does this leak mean on CP?

For the past couple months, I noticed a small leak on the top of my charge pipe but most recently it’s been become more noticeable. I don’t feel like I’m losing boost but I’m not too sure. I have noticed a decline in MPG, but could be my heavy foot.

Is it time for a new chargepipe? I believe that little hex head on top can be tighten, haven't tried yet.

perhaps removing the hex head plug being very careful not to allow any existing thread sealant (teflon tape, liquid sealant that is dried and crusty, etc) and then cleaning all threads and re-applying thread sealant of your choice and reinstalling the hex head plug and then monitor; obviously clean all residual oil, etc from surface of chargepipe.
