Central locking issue

Central locking problem

So none of my doors, or the fuel door, will unlock. Only the drivers door will open with the physical key. It started with the front passenger door actuator making a sound like it was repeatedly locking and unlocking, then the fuse blew and no one of the doors will unlock.

I've tried replacing the fuse and it blew again. I am hoping I can just replace the front passenger door lock actuator and the fuse to fix the problem, as they are not cheap.

Does anyone have any further insight or advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
