Best way to drain fuel

The e92 has been sitting for about a year and a half now with a full tank of gas and need the best way to drain. I saw a few posts after trying to siphon it out that there is a mesh guard that prevents siphoning it out from the gas cap. Any suggestions?

Open up the top hats under the rear seats and suck it out. While you are in there, there are a number of upgrades you can do.
