Bumping this to see how many miles you guys have on your ST coilovers.

I have 40k on mine and I feel like they are getting noisey. My car is driven 99% on the fwy.

How many miles should we get out of these? I understand everyone’s driving conditions are different, but looking for opinions. Thanks

I have the ST XA coilovers on my 2018 330i.

I put almost 36k on mine split 50/50 between the highway and in city driving. No complaints so far with them.

Still rides like the day I installed the. Very happy with them.

Did you replace your top hats, sway bar end links, and bolts?

Especially if you have stock end links that may be a likely culprit as the bushings would be under preload. Another common issue is worn top hats (the internla bushings are rubber) or over/under tightened top hat bolts. I doubt it would be coil bind as that usually will make noise early on.

+1
Replace those top hats. I have gone through the whole gauntlet of camber plates etc. The OEM top hats are best for city driving in terms of comfort.
