edc question ?

Is it bad for the springs to constantly be in track mode ?

I wouldn't think so, but can't absolutely confirm. I too usually keep mine in the stiffest setting. Got used to how my e46 handled so I don't mind the rough ride.

Keep it stiff!

There is no such thing as "Track Mode". You can leave the settings wherever you want. It will make no difference.

The stiffest setting is the 'default' mode, like if you pull the fuse, so don't worry about it. For us who normally use 'comfort', we'd know right away if we have an issue with EDC . Take care.

I assume you mean sport and it adjust the shocks not springs. As others said, no it is not bad except for your kidneys

EDC = Electronic Damper Control

So your springs would remain the same and the rates do not change at all. It's the shocks it adjusts and it uses magnetic damper control to adjust the firmness and softness.
