Sorry, don't like how the rim sticks out so much further than the tire.

Nice looking wheels otherwise but cleaning NIGHTMARE with all those rivets.
Actually 265 is actually the correct tire size. I think his offset is off on the rear because I got the same rims and my offset was 38. I was told that with 275 I would rub. I only have a 1 1/4 finger gap in the rear. Also 265 difference between our original size rear tires is less percentage wise that with 275.

I wanted to get bigger , but everyone was telling me to get the 265's...

The way it looks right now is not my style, neither.

I want to fill the gap with bigger tires and lower it so it tucks in a bit...

Yes, I know 265 is the proper size to match the OEM 18" wheel when you go up to 19"
But my point is with a 10" rear wheel, 265 looks to small and skinny.
There really zero point in having a 10" rim with a 265 tire.
Get 9.5 inch wide rim and you'll have a lighter rim, and one that doesn't stick out past the tire so much and look funny IMHO.
10" rim with 265 tire is going to get so scratch even if you accidently just barely touch a curb.

Point taken my friend. But 275 does not offer that much protection either. Actually most tire professional will tell you that you want the tire a little stretched to have a more perfect fit. The guy that installed my tire had said with the 275's I would rub. Plus the Toyo's on my car are made to handle up to 10.6 wide rims. But I also see your point.

Your right, 275's don't offer much more protection, but I think would help the looks on a 10" rim.

I think the 265's look perfect on the 9.5 inch rim.

I'm surprised the 275's on 10" rim with 38 offset would rub.
I had 9.5 inch rims and 265's with 39 offset and had a decent amount of room to spare.
Guess you'd need about a 30-35 offset for the 10" rim and 275's not to rub.

Its all good.

thx. i understand what pele is saying as well as driver72's point...

i don't like the way it looks right now... the rear is not low enough and the tires look too small.

i am gonna lower it first to see if that helps with the looks... however, i am having the pros perform corner-balancing and they will adjust the height for optimal performance.

if after lowering , the rear still looks funny, i will change the tires to bigger ones..

rubbing or no rubbing doesn't matter...

i will roll the fenders, if needed
