There is an issue with the date (they got muddled i think). I have an alternative date or two. The track can be opened for an evening event for us Fri the 23rd! Then we can all go for few beers after?

Would mean getting there for 6PM though. be quite cool under flood lights.

23rd is a no go for me Carl, I'll be on the train leaving Folkestone around 6.00pm, so the wk/end is a no go too.

What other dates have you got?

That date is fine for me buddy. Il be at North Wealds that day, so I can pop up to event straight after. Would be quite a full day for me

It would mean, i would need my clear visor on my helmet again!!

Sorry I've missed your calls chap, it's been manic at work for me this week - will call you back this evening.

As a suggestion to move forward, how about you speak with the Karting dude and have him give you say 3 or 4 potential dates - then you can post these up and ask people to indicate which of the dates they can make and from this you can identify which date will yield the best attendance...

18th was perfect for me tbh..

What sort of time are we looking at for the Karting? I've just checked Ryanair prices into Stansted and it's €30 return

for the Saturday! Would anyone passing by Stansted care to offer a lift?

I can if no one else can as its only a minor detour. Anyone going from more N or NE london you'd be directly on the way

FYI I can arrive @ Stansted @ 9:25, (with no luggage to wait for) so an 11am start suits me great! I don't mind hanging around at the airport either or getting a later flight so I'm easy.
