Try contacting them. When I placed an (admittedly larger) order, they quoted more competitive pricing and offered free UPS shipping.

IND badge costs $90 shipped. Mine was subpar quality and was replaced with an acceptable one after 2 weeks. I wish I knew OEM badge was coming.

Just checked again and for some reason none of the parts catalogs are showing the part for the M4. Even the same place I found the M3 badge lists nothing for the M4...

I ordered mine from ECS. Still no estimate for shipping. It would be nice to have it when the car is here in 2 weeks. Wonder if getbmwparts actually has them in stock.

Ordered mine from ECS as well. Asked them today if they knew when they'd get them shipped and didn't know. Might try and order from getbmwparts as it looks like they are getting them in already.

Yes, every Dealer worldwide. Mine just came in, will pick up tomorrow.

I called my local BMW dealers part department and they said the M3 competition badge was available for order using the part number provided in this tread. They couldn't locate the part number for the competition badge for the M4. They would need a VIN for a F82 with a competition package to locate a part number until the M4 badge is added to their parts list.

Ok, a bit of an update after speaking with the guys at GetBMWParts. This part, at the current time, is not technically backordered. There are quantities available of the badge, but they are all in Germany. Therefore, like a normal part order that is in stock, but being shipped from Germany, there is a 2-3 week timeline for it to reach the US. They confirmed that they are still showing availability in Germany, and until that changes, all orders should expect a 2-3 week turnaround. Now, if the part shows backordered in Germany, then all bets are off and who knows when it will arrive. So I would suggest putting an order in with GBP ASAP while quantities are still available.

Those that have already received the badge seemed to have lucked out with an initial supply of badges (~20) that made it to the US, that has since been depleted.
