300 mile update. Haven't driven the car much in 2 weeks. But still really happy with these! Much more planted and corners flatter with great feedback.

Finally got my springs installed. Aside from looking so much better, the ride feels so much more planted. As others have said, wish the M3 came this way from the factory.

I'm not max drop but I drive over speed bumps in my neighborhood everyday and drive a few floors into a parking garage at work. I don't have an issue with speed bumps but I heard a scrape or two in the parking garage on the way to the spot I park at everyday. I have scraped maybe 3 times out of the 20 times on the same downward ramp. I have to take it really slow right where the decline meets the level floor as the tunnel doesn't give much room for angles. The best part is that you can adjust if need be.

If I were to have the HAS installed with 19in OEM height specifications, would it be the same height as the recommended 20in setting when I change to 20in rims?

My educated guess is yes. The measurements are based off the bottom of the rim to the bottom of the fender. I'm going to deduce the measurements given by BMW allow the same drop overall but adjusted for the size of the rim.

I've done about 1000 miles on the MPHAS and just to reiterate what everyone's saying. They're frigging ace.
Planted, flatter cornering, more compliant ride at speed, more steering feel, simply an all round better handling car. Recommend/10 |

Just got my MPHAS put on today along with GC Camber plates. ^^ What he said. Definitely in need of spacers though, especially with the increased camber at the front, top of the wheel is way too far inside the fender.

I recently ordered the MPHAS, Dinan tension strut ball joint kit, Dinan front/rear sway bars, and Dinan rear suspension link kit. Once all the parts come in, I should have it installed in a week or two. I haven't read about anyone having this setup. I'll do my best giving a review once installed.

I figure the EDC ECU automatically figures the ride height change through the existing EDC sensors.

Just putting Eibachs, GC camber plates and getting a good alignment done really changed how my old M4 feels. I have no doubts the MP-HAS has a similar effect

Has anyone in So. Cal. found a competent dealer to do the install?
Thanks.

To respond to the previous comments about ISTA height adjustment, it is technically not required however I found that resetting the ICM calibration make a significant difference in ride quality post-install. This is a default calibration when updating i-step through ISTA/P so while not called out in the install guide, happens as part of the software update. |
