Usually when someone is still actively deleting all their information, changing phone numbers, deleting accounts, and changing names; they are still scamming. I wouldn't wait around for him to work something out, he's just buying time right now. I would file a case now, if he actually grows a d*** and b***s overnight and makes things right i would be surprised. Usually scum like this need the law to be involved.

well said , OP should not wait, he is trying to hide and run, this use of 6 months, trying to sell the rims to others and then taking the OP money, I think it is enough to paint a picture of who that person really is.

trying to come to a conclusion lol i would have had him in court already. he did wrong and deserves to pay for it. i would have given him no more then 48hrs to give me my money back lol dont play nice or take any less money from that scammer
