I have also been using the 1.3.2 Nexai version for 5 days and I have not encountered any wifi connection problems.
Via smartphone I connect in rSap mode to the original Bluetooth of my MIB2 car and the cartablet connects to the MIB2 hotspot there have never been any disconnections or problems hooking up to the 2.4ghz wifi network which is the one I use. I have not had the opportunity to check other data connections of the sim or wifi 5ghz.

Guys please help me. I have changed DISPLAY_RESOLUTION and DISPLAY_VARIANTE.
I think car's unit sends 10.25 image with correct resolution, but only 2/3 of it shows. Because if I turn it back to 6.5 and choose 6.5 in android HU, I am having regular 6.5 + car status on the third part of screen.

Return the encoding of the car to the stock. After that, install the full config from the forum in HU Android. After that, in the advanced settings HU Android, select a convenient resolution. I use the screen settings from the F-series on the CIC E-series without any problems

Hi,

I have the nexai 1.2.1 version with the latest ksw toolkit. Since I last updated the ksw toolkit, the switching between Android and BMW screens is no longer working. Once the car starts, it stays in whatever mode it starts in i.e. BMW or Android.

Any ideas?

Stop the KSW Toolkit service. After that, check the switching of the OEM and Android screens.
If everything works, start the service again. Go to the KSW-Toolkit settings and turn off the Media Button Hack

Or roll back to version 1.1

This forum thread, like the discord channel, is dedicated to SD425/450/625/662 devices. KSW OS is used on these processors.
You most likely have MTK/MediaTek device.There is other software on your device. It is best to contact the seller. The software may differ even on a series of such devices on a given processor. Incorrectly selected software leads to a breakdown of the device. Even the screen resolution affects the software.

No one knows and cannot know what ksw-toolkit settings you are using. Media Button Hack affects idrive. Therefore, I assumed that it was necessary to change this setting. Start with a clean slate. Delete the KSW-Toolkit. Install version 1.2/1.2.1. After each change of settings, check the functionality. This way you will find the setting that affects switching . Or uninstall and install 1.1 And do the same. Some functions in KSW-Toolkit are experimental and need to be improved for a specific device and car. You can read about the version differences on the developer's website. The performance of the KSW-Toolkit on A10/A11 may differ from A12. The manufacturer's version of the MCU is also affected.

Initially had good results with my unit but lately wireless Android auto is completely unstable.
Freezing and going to black screen, connection dropping then it seems to go through another handshake to connect to AA wifi
I notice sometime it connects to wifi the speed negotiated is very low at 6mbps.
Unpaired phone from unit, cleared Bluetooth cache, tried different Bluetooth avrcp versions.
Not sure what to try next other than going wired.
Any idea where wifi antenna is located on these?

What version are you using? If you using v1.3.2 nexai, apparently some WiFi unstablety reported above.

I'm not even sure. I bought my unit and never messed with it but now that I'm having issues I'm trying to dig into how to do the upgrades to hopefully fix my issues.
