IS prices going nuts

Well I'm going to take a look at an IS on Thursday -- I haven't really decided how much I think it would be worth over a non-s but this one is a manual (FINALLY) and looks beautiful.

Plus if there is any chance these actually do retain value better, a few extra grand won't matter in the long run.

I have no plans to mod any of these cars so the most power/best package from the start is what I'm looking for ideally.
