Hesitation on acceleration N20

On today's episode of what the heck is wrong with my BMW now...

To start, I have an ECU with Bootmod3 (Stage 1 93 Oct.) Bootmod3 8-Speed TCU Tune, Downpipe, Chargepipe, Muffler Delete.
Have had this stuff on the car for a while now, do normal maintenance, and some to keep the car running as one should any car.

Today I noticed when accelerating from a red light or stop sign, no matter how much throttle I give it, it hesitates until about 4k RPM then acts as nothing happened. Originally thought it was the tune, so I reflashed both the ECU and TCU. Same issue.

I should also mention, I have wastegate rattle. Could this possibly be a result of it getting worse?

No check engine lights, nothing blown up that I can see. Reading a few other posts like this, they all seem to be boost leak related but I wanted to get another opinion on my specific case

Here are some logs I was able to get (they're not the best)
Sad Log (Today)
Happy Log (July)

Can you see and timing corrections when it hesitates. Look at each cylinder timing or timing correction. Also fuel psi

Bad log
Good Log

No individual cylinder timing correction (on either one) Both have an overall timing correction that is all over the place on both of them. As for fuel, target and actually seem to be the same but I'm not sure what it should be.

Have you tried to flash to a 91 Octane tune? Might rule out bad gas?

Any codes as well you can get from BM3? May not show a CEL, but still could have something.

Tried 91 and stock tune and same issues
No codes or CEL. I’ve ordered in new components for my PWG. Wastegate dute cycle seems a little off
