we could probably make thursday work. fridays or weekends are better but we are pretty flexible.

*sidenote* i know there was talk of a ski get-together. with the upcoming holiday on monday it might be a good time for said get-together (and impending snow possibly).

*furthersidenote* nate if nothing else we could still head to snowbird (or wherever) this weekend (or said holiday) as we discussed at lunch the other day.

I'll get into more precise details at the dinner thing this week. Please excuse my spelling.

I bought the car in October.
Got it tuned 3 weeks later on 17psi (most people run 21 psi on stock turbo)
Then bought 20G, injectors supporting mods for the bigger turbo put them on
Tuned to 20psi (Pretty dang fast)
turbo went out after 300 miles
Took all that off bought 1300 dollar APS turbo put it on running wastegate pressure (15psi) That turbo is in it's best efficentcy at 24 psi.
Ran that for 3 weeks then started going through oil like crazy.
Decided to do a compression test and it failed.
Normal compression for that car is 130 on all 4 cylinders
The two cylinders on the passenger side were 118,115
The two cylinders on the drivers side were 56,61
So it had a couple months before it blew, so I thought do I sell it and pay the negitive equity (4k) or buy a new bottom end ( A built block is 7k installed) So I decided to sell it and get another one or something else.
The problem wasnt with me beating the crap out of it, it was 50/50 with subaru and the previous owner. Subaru changed the tuning on the 07 STi to make it better with emmisions and ended up f'ing everything up. Then to make it worse the car was in cali, and the previous owner tried to tune the car himself and it was used as a track car too. So I just made a mistake by not checking the engine before I bought it. I loved the car tho.

Isn't there a rule that if you go through 3 cars in less than 2 years you have to get a Smart Car?

J/K that's quite unfortunate. So are you leaning toward another one or something else?

Yes...but Northern Cali. Where it looks just like SLC, but 60 degrees and olive trees.

In for dinner Thursday...don't think Jo and Addison will attend...but there's still a slight chance.
