I've owned this car for just about 8 months. Besides the recall trip to the dealer, it has had no issues, runs fantastic/strong and quick. With that said, I don't beat on my cars. I rarely take it above 3-4K rpm and drive actually kind of like an old man. I'm 43yrs old by the way with wife/kids. I don't drag race or track the car. Just a daily commuter. Non-smoker car its entire life.

Nobody rides in the back of the car, rear seats are like new. Passenger seat is rarely ridden in also and like new. Driver side shows very slight wear, but in excellent condition as the photos show. No scratches, rips, tears or anything like that.

I am extremely particular about my cars and am a true enthusiast, owning a 2003 E46 M3 several years ago. I've been a member of M3Forum/E46fanatics for 8 years. Also a member on e90post for many years. I would really like this car to go to an enthusiast like myself.

The car is very clean inside and out. Garage kept Day/Night. It has also been a Southern car, Georgia and now Florida. It has never seen any Winters, ice, salt etc. The car shows it too.

The car had a professional detail done 6 months ago with clear coat/paint correction to remove any swirls, minor marks and oxidation/water spots. It looks really nice with 3M protection on most of the front of the car (part of the hook, headlights, side mirrors.

No accidents.

Disclosure: The previous owner had the driver's side door repainted due to a door ding that couldn't be pulled by a dentless repair job. The door jam was also painted along with the door. It was done right and no expense was spared. No other paint or bodywork has been done to the car.

Asking: $29,800

NADA and Kelly Blue Book have this car around $29,500. Of course, that doesn't include CPO or the $5K in mods.
