Sad to see that BMW of West Chester Pennsylvania ( formerly known as Otto’s bmw ) not make the cut, one of the most honorable dealership I’ve come to know and love.,mind you Delaware has 2 BMW dealerships, One that’s 20 mins from my house called ig Burton BMW and another that’s called UnionPark BMW both which I wouldn’t recommend, too uptight in making deals too difficult.
So I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes for there great service department and sales, parts …… Hopefully they get recognized next year.

Yay!

My dealer, BMW of Little Rock (Little Rock, AR), made the list!

Deservedly so. What a great place to buy a car and -- just as important -- get it properly serviced! (I've bought a new 2022 and 2024 BMW there and a family member on my recommendation bought a 2023 X4 there.)

I also travel an hour to BMW of West Chester Pa. Been patronizing them since 2010 ( previously OTTOS BMW ). Excellent customer service, sales, parts, and new/used sales department. Definitely worth the drive imho, and should definitely be apart of this list.

Yup.. bought my 240 in Chicago area. Freaking horrible experience with the car and not disclosing stuff I specifically asked about.

BMW Santa Maria CA should be on this list. Jon Shafer provides the most professional, knowledgeable, no BS sales experience you will find!

I’d be interested in seeing the complete list, all 349 dealers listed first to last; it would be good to know where your dealer placed on the list! I’d would definitely travel out of state for a good buying experience.

I’m fortunate to have picked up two cars in Munich but getting there (dealership side) was an ordeal!

Good to see BMW of Murray (UT) on the list, they were the only BMW dealer in Utah when I lived there (early 90s), we started the Wasatch Chapter of the BMW CCS in their showroom back in 1990.

Thrilled to see my dealership: BMW of Southpoint (Durham, NC), on the list.

They made everything easy.

Looks like you’ll also be disagreeing with BMW since they left them and the rest of Florida off the list. I can’t wait to bring this up with my Florida dealer in a future conversation with its manager.

I refuse to read this entire thread from start to finish each year.

I just want to add that you all must know this has nothing whatsoever to do with how competent, friendly, or honest your dealership is—or isn't.

This award is given to dealers who pimp to get your "100%" satisfaction survey. Who may very well lie, or coerce customers into "all Tens" ratings. Who have played the game of buying the BMW required facility improvements, stocking their "cafe" with proper finger foods, etc.

Gone are the days when a good dealer would let you watch them work on your car because they had nothing to hide. Where they didn't need to send you a video of your car's underside so show you the rust on your rotors to justify some absurd charge.

Our favorite shops from years gone by that cemented BMW's good reputation for their cars and dealers, wouldn't stand a chance of getting this empty award today.

If it makes you feel good about the store where you get your warranty work done, then great. If you're happy with your dealer and they didn't make this list, take a minute to thank them for their good work and ask them why the hell BMW didn't include them in this elite group? You might just get an ear-full.

BMW of Anchorage is in this list again excellent, take time to look them up it’s kind of a joke! this is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in 40 years of getting my BMWs serviced.

Purchased a 2020 X
3M competition with 23 miles on it, the tires were destroyed upon delivery and when they replaced them they damaged two wheels and threw one wheel against the brake caliper scratching it that’s $3000 in damage when I asked about the damage they simply told us they’re no longer interested in servicing our vehicle. I had to ship the car from anchorage to another state to get it serviced.

Lithia motor company is the worst group of dealers I have ever encountered, narcissist to the extreme!

The list seems honest and fair as BMW Las Vegas and Henderson is not on the list.

-A loaner is a shuttle bus to a rental, where you get a beat up Toyota Corolla IF you are lucky.

If you run diagnostic before the service you will see, not much is done. As still a lot of flags when the car return -oh check for scratches.

I go to CA and get the service done, as anyone is better than LV/Henderson.

Bought cars from Omaha, Des Moines and now my local dealership Minnetonka, MN. Experience with Omaha and Minnetonka was great, Des Moines was blah as soon as they were bought by Luther. Surprised to see them in the list. May be the management has changed.
