I have finally decided on a set of wheels I like. They are Volk Racing CE28N 19 x 8.5 ET 42 front and rear. I would like to use 235/40/19 tires on the front and 265/35/19 tires for the rear. Will this setup work on a 335 Msport lowered on H&R sport springs?

First, why do you want 30mm staggered tires on square wheels?
Second, the widest tire you can fit on 8.5" wide wheel without issues is 255.

I would recommend a square 245 tire setup, either 245/40-19 if you want 2% taller than OEM or 245/35-19 if you like 1% shorter tires better.

If staggered is important choose 245/35-19 front and 255/35-19 rear (this setup is not compatible with xDrive).

Just run a square tire on square wheels. Also, 265/35/19 is too wide for an 8.5" wide wheel.
