yeah i'm worried about the weight it has to be heavier or equally heavy as the e90. they made it 2inches wider i think but not much longer. however i wanted them to make it a inch shorter and leave the width untouched, so as not to add more weight that it already was... but at the same time, do a better design job like Japanese makers, in carving interior cabin room. bmw 3 i think, never had a spacious interior feeling once getting inside, vs. the external size.

Guys
I am not sure with this size, we'll get the same handling dynamics and performance from the car. And what about the engine, is it only turbo powered now? Small cylinders and big cylinders all come with a turbo for efficiency purposes. But reliability and changing the turbo every 3 to 5 years will be costly!

A lot relies on factors like driving style, boost, cool downs and oil changes. The Turbo's lifetime will vary from 100k to 200k depending on your driving habits. I don't like the concept of changing a 3000$to 6000$ turbo when it breaks down.

I still think that all the EU pedestrian safety regulations make's the hood look huge from the side. At least the 335i looks nice from the front.

You might see it as soon as you think. My colleague tells me that amateur photographers have been seen at the car's photographic location in Vitoria , Spain.
The car moves onto Cape Town, South Africa next. Some latest renderings.... Some "fact" in amongst the "fiction".

I can't stand the F-series grille and headlights. Maybe it'll grow on me, but I think it's ugly.

My main concern is if BMW will downgrade front and rear turn signals to incandescent bulbs instead of keeping the LED that the sedans currently have. Honestly aside from HID headlights, LED turns signals are the mark of a quality high end car. They look ten times better, are more visible and more efficient that bulbs. If they downgrade I'll be really pissed.
