my 1st mod-modified grills

added mesh to help protect the radiator and intercooler from further stone damage, its painted black so hardly noticeable from the front

Do you have any pics that aren't as close up? Hard to see the overall look of the car from the front...

I thought the same at first but I think that the flash reflection makes it look wrong?

Third photo down the mesh looks black on the left, out of the direct flash light.

Obviously the camera flash shows the mesh as bare metal.
I was a bit worried with small stones getting in there, but not now. An easy enough job to fit i suppose. Now to find some black coated mesh that is sort of flexible.

Thought about fitting the mesh this morning when I had the bumper off to fit the new lower grill. However, I decided to press on and get the job done.
