AEM's Carb legal intake?

As the title suggests, it seems that this intake has a carb E.O. but in the E.O. documentation, the model year 2015 and model 435i aren't listed. Because the intake has a CARB E.O. does that imply that it is legal, or because the specific model isn't listed, still illegal?

Depends on your state. California? No

I'm not a legal expert on CA laws but I believe for it to be legal in CA the exact year and model of your car needs to be listed.
