Red face Help Needed: Passenger Seat Flooded!

Usually I would just search the forums for a solution but i have not seen one that answered my question. It is a 2007 335i with 85k miles in case you guys are wondering. So this is the second time i've seen my passenger flooded since I got my car serviced which was about 2-3 weeks ago? (never had a problem like this before i got it serviced). At first I thought to my self i probably just left my window or my sunroof open but my car didn't show any trails of where it came from. So today after seeing it i was just frustrated and WTF? Where can this water be coming from?

Anyone know how this happend?
I was thinking the BMW dealership probably did something so that i would go back for some maintenance, since they tried to get me to pay 1k for changing out the front Brake pads. I told them they were high.. LOL!

please someone help me out idk where its coming from No trails of water just a puddle

I had a friend with a late 90s 740. Same problem. Moonroof drains were blocked when they replaced front windshield somehow. Check the moonroof drains.

My old 1999 e46 323i had the same issue too when my moonroof was replaced because of a bad motor, the techs sealed the drain path and next rain I had a swimming pool in the front passenger foot well.

Check your windshield cowl and cowl drains. Did they happen to replace the cabin microfilters by chance?

I think the OP has drowned in the car by now, which is why he hasn't responded since if only he knew to double pump the door handle to get out of the car...
