'07 E90 clutch issue...did search...nada
Sup guys.,
Ok so I got an '07 E90 with 71K miles on it. Cars was driving perfectly ok and drove to Vegas from LA normally....back and forth. After the long drive home, the next day the clutch started to feel different. It seems like the clutch connects before the clutch pedal is full out and there is a slight jerk in it. It's slowly getting worse. I punched it to see what would hapen(car has dinan S2+ jb+), and car doesn't slip at all. But I can't drive the car to get rid of the mild jerk. Now car transmission has no effect for the first few inches of pushing in clutch. Is this typical? Thanks guys, -MrBEEF |

No that's not typical. The clutch should feel nearly the same if it's new or worn. Since it's changing quickly I'd say something is either breaking, a screw is backing out, or the hydraulics are leaking. Whatever it is, it's not normal and needs to be looked over by a trained eye.

Is tricky with the CPO....some of it is covered...some of it isn't...but I think it is also hydraulic.
I guess I'll try to take it to someone besides the dealer to have it looked at. Thanks, -P |
