OK. I'm confused as all shit right now. I'm looking at a 2007 335i that is pre wired for sat. I read I don't have a lot of options, and I don't want to stream through my phone. (I have an iPhone but sometimes I am in places with spotty service).

Can someone outline what module I need to purchase, and what I need to do exactly at the BMW dealer to get this "coded"? Thanks, I'm car stereo SLOW.

I NEED Sat radio!

Pre-wired means exactly that the wires are there if you want to put a sattelite tuner in the trunk. You would need to get a tuner ($400 or so) and then get it installed and your coding done. Cost me about $700 all in at the dealer.
