Transmission tune Interrupted

Hey Guys!

New to the forums but need help on something. I was trying to use the transmission tune from BM3, but i accidently opened the door while flashing. Now it shows transmission failed and cant get it out of park.

Does this mean i will need a new module? anything info helps!
