Alzor Wheels - Long Term Update Request

Searched the forum and all I can find are initial impressions, fit and finish type posts I.e. Just got a box - looks like wheels inside.

Can anyone speak for long term, effects?

Say 15,000+ miles
What style wheel is it?
Any issues with balancing?
Vibration at highway speeds?
How is the finish holding up?
What climate is it primarily used in?
Hopefully no catastrophic failure?

I have only had my Alzor Style 030 on since April. I have put about 5000 miles on them and they have held up fine. I have had no issues whatsoever, but its still early on.

Before I purchased my set from ECS I had the same problem trying to find any info about people who have had Alzor wheels for a while. But I mean for $500 a set I figured it was worth a shot.

I have had Alzor 030 19" wheels on since March, so not that long, but over 5,000 miles. No complaints so far. Only problem is that the "alzor" sticker on the center cap is peeling on one, which I will be replacing with a BMW center cap sticker.

No unusual vibrations. No cracks. No bends. I hit a big pothole and my tire took a dump, but the wheel is fine.

Big thing for me is the knowledge that if I mess one up I can replace it for $140

I have zero desire to spend $1,500 on a set of wheels and worry every day about messing them up. I drive my car every single day and these wheels will stay on throughout the winter. They need to be disposable, which is exactly what Alzor offers!

How they look:

Dem 030s tho

Thanks for your feedback guys.

Can one of you post a close up of the center cap and a decal that's right next to it? Can the decal be removed? Is that part of the wheel recessed?

I will take a picture later today. Yes the sticker can be replaced. Basically the center cap has a lip around the edge with a small recess in the middle. The sticker goes in there (it's not a flimsy sticker, it's basically a piece of metal with adhesive on the back). One edge of the sticker is coming up so it needs to be replaced. I ordered 64.5mm BMW center cap stickers from ECS tuning to replace them all. They are ~$6 each

I have 18" style 628 for last winter (drove for 5000 km) other than a bit heavy, it absolutely has no issue at all even facing all the snow, salt and horrible pot hole.

I have a set of the 18" 030s. Used them for snow tires so all they saw was salt and potholes. Put about 5000 miles on them. Even jumped a high curb in a snow covered parking lot. No damage or wear except a scratch from that damn curb.

Do they accept BMW center caps ? They look great and at 24lbs for the 18x9 the weight is decent.

I believe that they do, but I am no wheel fitment expert. 18x8 are just fine for me in the front so so an extra inch shouldnt be an issue. I can take a look later today when i get home from work

They fit with stock suspension and most coilovers. Coilovers with very very large front springs sometimes require spacers.

Most Alzor wheels do not accept BMW center caps, however you can use the BMW roundel decals on the Alzor center cap. PM me prior to placing an order and I'll pull my cheat sheet on which decals fit which caps.

We don't really offer forum specific discounts as we try to price things such that everyone can take advantage of the savings not just a select few.
