wheel squeek at low speeds

hi for the past month or so I have been getting a squeek which starts from a stop until about 15km/h and then goes away. The duration between squeeks lessens as the car increases in speed.. such as

squeek.................squeek............squeek... ..squeek.. squeek squeek.... then goes away..

i tried blasting the brakes with high pressured water to clean up the brake dust and salt from the winter but its a no go. any other ideas? its getting very loud when I drive through my parking garage. when its raining and wet the squeeks seem to go away. hot or cold doesnt make a difference.

You probably have a rock stuck between the dust shield and the rotor.

Its either a rock or your brake pad clip could be lose. Take off the wheel you think its coming from and look around in there.
