Ruff Idle and Stall

I have a 2015 335i m sport and was having some problems running. At cold start, car idles ruff.(rpm’s drop then ramp up) If I do not let the car warm up, car wil buck and shake like hell. Car threw a MAF code and occasionally gives a drivetrain malfunction. The worst part of this is that when coming to a stop the car will occasionally stall. To put on that car shifts aggressively.

Have you cleaned the MAF sensor and throttle body? What did the codes say?

get some CRC MAF cleaner, give it a good soak and let it dry. Reset the code and see if that helps.

I am having a similar issue on my ‘15 335 as well (im getting mixture too lean codes), if cleaning the maf hasnt worked for you. I would suggest trying on the stock intake if you have it and see if that changes anything.

Here is a link to my forum: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2093693

If i figure out a solution to my problem i will post it there.

Sounds like MAF sensor have you taken it out and cleaned it? Any DTCs? Stock or aftermarket intake?
