Software Update - Trouble with USB

Not sure if this belonged in the Audio section or here but I put it here since i think it is more iDrive related.

There seems to be an issue with the USB/Flash Drive in my 09 E90 with iDrive. I use a Corsair 32GB flash drive.

I had the car in the shop few months ago for a fuel pump replacement and they also did a software upgrade.

Ever since then, the USB port has been giving me trouble. If I shut the car off and turn it back on, instead of the music screen showing what is curently playing, it will be on the external devices menu, which shows the Corsair flash drive and the AUX input.

The menu is also very slow transitioning between albums. It use to be much faster.

Also, it won't always remember what song it was on if I shut the car off and turn it back on.

Has anyone had a software update recently and had similar issues or is anyone aware if this is a known issue?

I plan on taking it to the dealer to get it looked at but wanted to see if anyone had experienced this as well or knew of any service bulletins relating to this.

Have had the same problems after replacing HPFP as well... any updates on this?

I am due for an oil change very soon. I am going to talk to my service adviser about it and see if there is an update.

Something got screwed up. It was working fine until I had that last update.
