maybe a stupid question? do our cars have a pcv or ccv valve?

i want to do some maintenance on my '07 e92 (328xi) and am wondering if our engines have this? i can't find a part number or any information on it. help!

research is suggested an integrated ccv valve. can someone confirm?

Yes it is, because BMW crankcases are in a constant vacuum a PCV valve will not function as a result an oil cyclonic seperator or ccv valve as it is called here is used. If you have an N52 the valve is located under the intake manifold. If you have an N52k or an N51 the valve is integrated into the plastic valve cover. If you have an N54/55 a very elaborate oil seperation system is used, which also is integrated into the valve cover and optimized to work under boost and no boost conditions.
