California N55 owners with downpipes
I've been considering downpipes for a long time, but I've never been able to rationalize getting it due to smog laws and unfriendly dealerships. So my question is:
1. What do you guys plan on doing when smog comes around? 2. How have your dealerships reacted (please say which dealer you go to)? Finally, does BMS even still sell downpipes to California residents?? |

1. Put cats back on when that time comes.
2. The got scared, called me and started asking me if I'm trying to lemon the car for some reason. I said no, please don't pay any attention to it. Just change my oil and i'll be on my way. Also note, if there is a cop behind you. Accelerate as slowly as you can and turn your car off when he pulls you over. Then pray that he didn't smell it.

Dealer has not said anything in about 2 years of service. |

Got to pay to play. If you worry about voiding your warranty or being pulled over by law enforcement, then there's nothing wrong with keeping the car in stock form.
