Easy Key FOB Mod

I was sitting in my kitchen today playing with my keys when i decided to pick up a fine point sharpie and fill in the grooves on my key. I think it looks pretty good, what do you all think?

Where you live in NJ... I just moved to Newark and my car is getting destroyed by the roads here =(

newark roads are horrible, probably the worst roads in jersey

Im guessing the newer key is for teh 7? i cant decide if i like it, seems to busy. I wonder if the whole line up will get that key?

Yeah, its got a little bit more weight to it too, I don't mind it though.

Kinda sucks that there is NO WHERE to stick the key into the car, so either you leave it in your pocket, or forget its in your cup holder.

Cool. Could be an easy way to differentiate keys when you have multiple Bimmers in the family. Color the grooves on the fob for each car a different color.

The 750i has CA standard, so the key doesn't need to ever leave your pocket.
