door sills problem on e92 335i! advice?

ok so just bought my car last week and one thing thats doing my head in every time im inside is the interior trim condition. ive seen a few cars with the same marks in the same places, but no idea how they get there??? not really a high contact area, ill attatch pics.

But anyone reccomend somewhere good to buy a couple door sills?

yup, my car has the same thing. It's from the seatbelt.

Or possibly a tiny army is practicing their bow and arrow accuracy.

I actually just bought my E90 and never noticed any marks on the aluminum trim, then bam one day I saw them. Now like you whenever I am in the car I can not stop looking at them.
