Kit Kat 4.4.4
Maybe this is a repost, but if your Android phone running Kit Kat 4.4.2 was not reliably uploading your phone book, the Kit Kat 4.4.4 update does. I had this problem since December 2013 when I upgraded to Kit Kat 4.4.2. Glad Google finally fixed it.
