As some of you know, I work for Avante Mazda. The owner has purchased Open Road BMW; now Serpa BMW.

Quite a few mechanics left last year, including one Master BMW tech. How many people are in service now?

I will kepp you posted on specials.

MarkD - there is the same number of staff in service as before. We haven't changed any staff yet. Not sure who was there last year and who left. you can always check our website which right now is still www.openroadbmw.ca

We will be switching over to serpabmw very soon.

I only know Jeremy Shelton (parts) pretty well. Actually, I was there about 3 weeks ago and he did not say anything about the new ownership. wonder if he's still there now.

There was Alex, who is a Master BMW tech, and he went to Mercedes. There were also some others that I heard about. There was a guy named Sandy McNie there last year, I only see a guy named "Sandy Alexander" on the website but he does look a bit like the Sandy McNie who I know.

Frank Serpa expanding again? He built his name on customer service, so I'm sure his new BMW dealership won't be lacking.
