Has anyone tried to make the button on the key work with the glass lid instead of the boot?
It was that way on my E46 and i liked it better than the whole boot.

It was switchable on e46/3 and on f31 via coding, but sorry to say I have not bothered to dig in too much yet on e91s

Done it with bimmercode. Very helpful feature.

On f31 it was HKFM iirc. But it has been 3 years since I did all the ESYS stuff on that one and close to a decade since I did the e46… and I don’t have either anymore to go run a trace.

Probably if we know were to look.
I got it sorted now, a friend had bimmercode.
It was in CAS.
