CF Wrapped peeling roof trim

I got tired of my chipped and peeled roof trim. Before pic is old, i currently had metal exposed in several places. Figured i try to wrap before replace to see how it would look. Remove and install is not for the faint of heart the clips break so easy. Carbon fiber wrap is not perfect but i'm satisfied how it came out.

before not my pic, mine was way worse, lots of metal exposed!!!!

after

Doesn't blend with the roof spoiler cf and makes the trim look very fake. I would go black man

Next mod needs to be a real cf roof to pull off the look. Otherwise gloss black would've done it.

For me I'm not really feeling it. I think you should just wrap the whole roof gloss black.

+1 I'd go with black. The way I see it, things made of CF are made to make things light weight obviously; it wouldn't work for a small plastic piece that's already as light as CF. If it were a CF trunk it'll make sense, but if it were a piece of plastic (like CF grills) just doesn't make sense to wrap it in CF...
