Brake noise, never heard this one before, video attached

Car: e90 335i w/ approx 55k miles.

Brakes: not sure if previous owner replaced however if he did, he replaced w all OEM. Rotors appear good as do pads

Problem: Passenger rear brake makes a chatter type noise (as you can hear in video).

I changed brake fluid w OEM BMW fluid recently however not sure if that has anything to do with it (problem started shortly after). The "chatter" is unlike anything Ive ever heard before and only persists right before I come to a stop (<5mph). No codes and everything appears intact.

Any ideas?

I don't want to start replacing parts until I can narrow it down. This is NOT typical BMW brake squel.

Thanks

How did you change your brake fluid?

I changed it with a Motive brake bleeder however it seemed like it took a VERY long time to get the air out of the rear passenger side (and yes I started there and worked around closer and closer to master cylinder).

Could a improper fluid change cause this? thanks!

I cant hear the noise too well but I think my car is making somewhat the same noise from the brakes as well. My noise comes on after applying and releasing the brake (even in park). Its quite a difficult noise to describe but looking for answers as well.
