Does BMW offer anything to new owners?

I'm picking up my new Z4 today....two days after a blizzard lol. This isn't my first new car, but it will be my first BMW. Does BMW do anything special for new owners? Any gifts, welcome packages etc?

You get to create an account on BMWFS.. unless you paid cash, anyway. For me, all I got was a big red bow thrown on the hood which scratched the clear-coat. I think it's up to the dealer whatever they do. BMW dgaf anymore.

They sent me a BMW charger to plug into the outlet in the base of the center console.

My dealership used to give a $500 gift certificate for its store with every new car sale. So on my last car I got it; but they stopped the promotion.

I got a round BMW tin full of cookies. And that was on a used X3.

There's the performance center delivery that's free with your new BMW if you choose to do so. (Although you're already picking up the car so you won't qualify). But typically if you order a BMW and request performance center delivery, you can go to the mfg plant in South Carolina, and BMW will put you up in a hotel, feed you, give you a tour of the facility, give you a day of track time in their cars, and spend a few hours introducing your new car to you.

But as for pick up from the dealer.... I guess it's up to the dealer if they want to give you any perks. My dealer threw in all-weather floor mats for both of my cars.

When I bought my M2c, I got bupkis. When I bought my first Z4M Coupe back in 2007, they sent this (I added the frame) ...

Ok, thanks guys. I'm on my way there now. When I brought my C7, Chevy sent me a poster, while it wasn't much it was still a nice touch. Lexus gave me a sweatshirt, so I was hoping BMW did something.....we shall see

As a nice gesture on their part, the Sales manager, whom I have bought 6 cars through the years; let me have the car I ordered for MSRP + FL dealer fee of $900.00. He let me know that, that was a deal, since many AD in the states were charging $5,000 to &10,000 over MSRP for the same vehicles.

Understand that when in comes to the company or the Managers making obscene money these days; fairness, loyalty etc.. mean jack to them.

What goes around comes around, and some of us that have long memory; will remember this type of treatment, when the time comes to make another purchase in the future. Can you say: Car broker or another dealership?

BMW has sent a few tokens over the years like a hand signed print or a fancy pen, a paperweight, things like that(on my 5th BMW now) .Euro Delivery they gave some wonderful gifts and experiences. Man I miss Euro Delivery.

I believe right now they are still offering a half day track experience at either Thermal or Spartanburg wen you purchase a new BMW. I was offered it by BMWNA shortly after my December Delivery.

You get a voucher for a BMW New Owner Track Drive. See here https://bmwperformancecenter.com/experiences. They mention any 2021 BMW purchased but it should be good for 2022 as well. Call to confirm.

They should have never discontinued the Z4 M coupe. I lusted over that car but I didn’t have a house 15 years or so ago to park the car in a garage.
