Looks like it would just be easier to ask the dealership to get them in and even install them!!

Yes there is but the cost is about £350 as it involves replacing the rear bumper diffuser.

I was earlier looking into getting the black chrome tail pipes for my 328i M sport.
When i ordered my motor, i forgot to mention the exhausts to the dealer at final options. Got the black grills but forgot to mention the pipes. I notice that these can be added later on, but with probably rip off prices from local dealer.. The original pipes are certainly lacking, i.e, chrome rusting on the rims. Not good!!! So nobody got the corrosion ? Last edited by HiBee; 06-18-2013 at 03:17 PM.. |

Yep, but even worse than that! The tops of my tips are also caked in the crap. Will grab a picture later!

To be fair, I did spend 20 minutes with some Solvol Autosol and a J-cloth a couple of weeks back, and probably managed to get about 40% of the caked-on crap off, so normally they'd be worse

Tried that myself too - and though that did improve things significantly - it's just etched on now - especially on the inside exhaust!

You have to clean the tips weekly from the time you take delivery to avoid the build up. Let is slip one week and it'll start caking on.
