Will 2013 3 series sport wheel style 397 fit an "M Performance" 2014 3 series which came with standard style 441m wheel?

2014 M Performance Edition were only sold in Canada and come with 20' Style 405M - Also have MSport brakes which I believe require at least an 18' rim to clear the calipers...although some 18's don't clear the brakes

Yes they will fit!

All OEM 18" wheels designed by BMW for F30 will clear M Sport/M Performance brakes.

As far as the specs are concerned, they will definitely work on the car, however whether they clear your brakes or not is another thing. Hopefully they do!
