New HPFP, HPFS, LPFP,LPFS and now getting 2AFF code?

Alright you legends hope you're all doing super good,

Car E92 n54 2008
I've just finished fitting an OEM HPFP, OEM LPFP, updated the LPFS with the updated sensor and adapter
Also a new HPFS

Reason for new Parts - car hesitated and lost power, reset adaptions and managed to get home in Limp Mode

Next morning started up fine, Idled & Reved normally didn't drive it though!

Codes I was getting before
2FCA Fuel High Pressure
2FDA Fuel High Pressure

Plus an ongoing
29E1 DME mixture control 2

Ordered the parts the following week
Installed the parts yesterday, started up fine took it for a test drive did a few 3rd gear WOT runs all seemed good,

Turned the car off and started it back up rough idle for 10 seconds and ran fine (on going issue in relation to 29E1
No other codes

Covered around 300kms and filled up the tank with 91oct at the shell garage, covered a further 60kms

Checked for codes and got these

29E1 (consistant) possible map sensor

29F4 Catalytic converter conversion
29F5 Catalytic converter conversion 2
(Possibly all the ethanol in the gas out here)

2DED power management closed circuit violation
Possibly due to leaving my OBD cable plugged in

Shadow code
2AAF Fuel Pump Plausibility

If you guys have any ideas that could help I'd be forever grateful

Car drives fine

That's a phenominally clean log. The only negative I saw is your short term fuel trims have deviated a good bit from each other, bank to bank. Which injectors do you have? Are they the same in all cylinders? If so and they aren't old, I'd look towards faulty O2's.

Cheers mate, yeah there all 8s but I've had them rebuilt and tested very recently and it didn't change the 29E1 code or the hot start 10 sec rough idle,

As far as I know all the O2 sensors are original so that might be the way forward, I'm thinking of getting the Catless downpipes so I might look into the O2s at the same time

After doing a little more research i'm thinking i may need a new Charge Pipe MAP sensor due to the negative pressure which i believe can cause wrong fuel-air ratio.
