Trying to figure out fueling issue n55 pure 750

Hello everyone, I currently have been kind of stuck for like a month trying to figure out a fueling issue I have been having. I am running lean on pulls on my OTS maps and custom tune RK tunes map.

My mods are new dorch stage 2 hpfp, new stage 3 PR lpfp, brand new oem injectors, (getting m5 eu5s put in 2 weeks) pure turbo 750, 3.5 map sensor, brand new gapped plugs, pr ignition coils. all other supporting mods but those are the ones that relate to this.

My rail pressure is all over the place according to the logs. My tuner as well as dorch has seen this and tried to help me.

this log you can see it dip out pretty well, this is e50

this log was one that i recently did with slightly higher fueling however it just so lean it is crazy
https://bootmod3.net/log?id=66244eb94f444e12992f2827

this log is an OTS map just to compare the differences
https://bootmod3.net/log?id=661f0a06309e1713769d5567

and this log is the one I did wheee tuner requested a pull throughout a couple gears, where you can see it too.
https://bootmod3.net/log?id=6617267b92299c13f8c1ce95

what I have been told it could be is
1. a bad o2 sensor
2. a bad rail pressure sensor

I get these codes on startup quite often and they come on during the initial idling after a start. Usually everytime.

Engine (DME): 11CF30-Mixture control: Group error-
118002-Mixture control: Mixture too rich

This code I got once in february but haven’t got it since.
102A22-Air mass meter, working range: Air mass too high

If anyone has had similar issues, id appreciate letting me know what you did to fix it. Everytime I do a pull and it’s more than 20 psi it fuel cuts and has premature detonation, sounds like a misfire, depending on how much boost there is the more intense it can be.

Getting new valve cover gasket and cover as well m5 eu5 injectors on the 8th. Would love to try and tackle this issue too.

Thanks

Were the injectors coded if your car requires it?

The AFRs look pretty unstable, even in the times where the fuel pressure is stable. Could mean you have a O2 issue, or you are getting misfires that are affecting the AFR readings.

So my injectors are actually the eu5s not the eu6 however dorch said the eu5s are slightly better. I had it coded to the m5 eu5 injectors for the whole time until recently thinking i got the correct ones but I accidentally got the incorrect ones. The real eu5 m5 injectors are going in on the 8th, but even after I changed the tune settings back to oem injectors, the issue still is happening.

Fuel system rich on a cold start screams of a leaking injector.

I messaged you in your last thread to stop by my shop. We are 1 block over from RK. You didn't respond.

All we do here is diagnose problems for other repair shops. 105 Alder Street.

I'm checking for a leaking injector first thing.

Have you once installed a mechanical fuel gauge to verify low side pressure? If you haven't, take a step back and understand how the fuel system works.
