Getting Warmer, spring build... Teaser included
Picked up a set of 219m's in gunmetal for my 2011 335i xdrive sedan. Currently in my living room I have a set of h&r coils, bms intake, painted side reflectors, cobb AP3, VRSF CP, carbon fiber vinyl (interior), matte black vinyl (window trim), Lux angel eyes and a BMW performance grill. It's been a long winter up in New England so I've had to wait to install anything, which leads to parts stacking up. I will continue to post as the weather gets better and I have time to install. As you can see from the pic, this baby needs coilovers....STAT. But decided I wanted to test fit them today to see if I would need spacers, which I will not. I will install all 4 when I do the coils. Sorry for the poor quality.
Stay Tuned ***4/2/15 Update*** Put the wheels on because the salt and sand are starting to go away, also because I am going back to jersey this weekend to install my coils and a few other toys. Can't wait to lower it, i'll post more pics next week when its fitted right. ***4/6/15 Update*** Back from jersey, coils are on with the wheels. Everything else is installed with the exception of the grill, trim and painted reflectors. These next few weeks will consist of me tinkering with height and rear camber, possibly a small front spacer if I get them rolled. Im looking for that perfect stance with no rub and functionality, which will come from a lot of trial and error i've learned over the years. First pic is unwashed right after install. sorry for the poor cell phone quality, I'm going to take real pics when everything is done. Last edited by RI335; 04-06-2015 at 06:11 PM.. |

Looks great! I actually have a set sitting in the garage and waiting to get tires to put them on. People were telling me not to put them on my LCI cause they would rub, let me know if you decide to put all 4 on and they rub please! What size tires did you go with?
