I have a 2014 BMW F34 with HU_ENTRY and without a combox

I have successfully managed to code BMW Live with these changes:

All of the BMW Live options appear in connected services, I can even "Update BMW Services" and it says "Update Successful" after some time, and it shows that a device is connected to my phone's personal hotspot, so I believe that the car is communicating with the internet.

However, if I try to go to "BMW Live" or "Internet" at first it says "Starting BMW Live... Transfering data via device [MY_PHONE]" and then "Current mobile communication network is not supported by BMW Live". I have tried doing it with both an iPhone 6+ and Galaxy S8+ but nothing seems to work. I have uploaded some photos detailing the issue. (My operator is Telia Lithuania)

Could you help me use BMW Live?

I have tried to change the HU_ENTRY VIN using this guide:
