Selling my BM3 license for the B58 and all OTS maps for $400. I have purchased a 2022 BMW that unfortunately cannot be flashed. I believe MSRP for the license and maps would be $650. PM me if interested. Thanks! Steps for transfer listed below, borrowed from DubbsG’s post:

To keep things smooth, you as the buyer should do a couple things:

1. If you haven't already, sign up for an account on bootmod3's website: https://www.bootmod3.net/www/index.html#/login

The email address you use to register will be the email address I enter when I transfer the license to you.

2. Buy a compatible ENET cable

If you have a laptop with no ethernet port, you'll also need an ethernet to usb adapter.

3. Download and install the BM3 OBD Agent. Here is a link to bootmod3's instructions and download link: https://bootmod3.atlassian.net/wiki/...n+your+vehicle

4. Connect your car to the bootmod3 servers (this needs to happen for the system to allow me to successfully transfer the license).

You'll hook up the cable to your car and computer, run the OBD agent and it will talk to BM3's servers. (There are brief instructions in the link above, or there are many youtube videos on how to do this... it's very simple). Once you've done that I can transfer the license.

Can the OTS map pack be transferred as well?
I was under the impression maps don't transfer, but they do give the buyer one ots map upon transfer.

Mooney6959, I’m honestly not sure whether the map pack can be transferred. Will check with PTF and update here. Price reduced to $400 btw!

Bootmod3 FAQs

Can I re-sell or transfer my license?

Yes. Bootmod3 is the only flash solution where the license can be resold and/or transferred to a new VIN when/if you decide to move on for any reason. Having re-sale value is a great advantage to choosing bootmod3 for your tuning which is NOT available with any other flash tune.

License transfer is restricted to the original order purchase and buyer. Transferred licenses cannot be transferred more than once.

Any previously purchased OTS maps and custom tunes by the original buyer are not transferrable due to map data incompatibilities between cars.

To transfer a license you need to have the original VIN flashed back to the Stock TuneAND DME RELOCKED using bootmod3 interface. Go to the vehicle menu, and click on 'Transfer My License' and follow the instructions.
