Thanks. Worked smoothly. Just waiting for nightfall to test.

Why, when it is not needed?

When i start the car it always make the gong chime a few times. Is it correct that this can be disabled with: Initialwarnung_GWF_IW (ACSM, 3000)? If i disable this one, will it still remind if one does not wear it seatbelt after driving away (because i would like to keep this).

Yes, Initialwarnung_GWF_IW is for initial gong only. All other gongs and status displays would remain active.

PM sent.

There is no software or document that explains fault codes.

The car needs to be either on a charger or the motor running during coding to ensure proper ECU Voltage. If motor is running you can code any ECU except DDE / DME, but there is nothing to code in their anyway.

Last questions before i go to sleep
1. Next week i have to take my car to the dealer. Whats the best way to make the programming invisible/undon so that they won't notice it (for warranty issues)? Does programming leave any fault codes?
2. When i leave my car the angel eyes go off. Is there à way to let them follow you home untill locking the car? Or let the car turn the light on when pushing a button on the remote?

New member and owner of BMW.
I have a 2014 M235 (production date June). Could i please have the link for the E-Sys software and latest PSdZData? (i already have working links to E-Sys 3.24.3 and PSdZData 53.5, are those satisfactory?)
Will it work on Windows 8/8.1? I have the cable ordered and in the mail.
Thanks

Yes, those are satisfactory.

And you can run E-Sys on Win 8, 32-Bit or 64-Bit, without any issues.

I must have gotten lucky - I have none of those issues.. adaptive headlights working again (guess the ecu needed to sit a while after a reset). Thanks!
