F30 Id plate engine compartment

Hi, this might sound stupid, but where can u find the identification plate in the engine compartment of an F30 showing model and chassis number etc..

You're not finding it because it is not in the engine compartment, it is in the driver's door jamb. (At least for US-spec cars)
