I was servicing the car and I had an awful service by AutoDoc, after digging a bit, I find out that Autodoc is the same as buycarparts.co.uk, onlinecarparts.co.uk, etc.; all of them part of a net of internet shops linked to the same crappy German shop.

I'm looking for a genuine British part supplier, any suggestions?

What was the problem you had with Autodoc? I've used them a number of times and other than a sluggish delivery (normally about 10 days) I've never had any problem with them.

Even with the near DFS levels of endless discounts I've always found ECP/CP4L to be a bit more expensive for equivalent things, but you will get them quicker.
